Overview
The Corne 2.4GHz Wireless Keyboard is a split, ergonomic, mechanical keyboard with a 3x6 columnar stagger layout and 3 thumb keys per half (42 keys total). It uses 2.4GHz wireless technology for low-latency communication between the two halves and your computer, powered by a USB receiver. This manual provides basic setup, usage, and troubleshooting instructions.

Note: CR2032, Switches and keycaps are not included unless pre-assembled.
Batteries:
- You will need two CR2032 coin cell batteries (one per half). The batteries can be used about 1 year (4 hour continuous typing daily).
Getting Started
1. Install Batteries
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of each keyboard half.
- Remove existing CR2032 coin cell if any.
- Insert one CR2032 coin cell battery per half, matching the polarity (+/-) markings.
2. Connect the Receiver
- Plug the 2.4GHz USB receiver into a USB port on your computer.
- Ensure the receiver is within 8-10 meters (26-33 feet) of the keyboard for optimal signal.
3. Power On
- Flip the power switch (upward) on each half to the "ON" position.
- The halves will pair with the receiver within few seconds.

- Visit the Website: Open your browser (Chrome, Chromium, or Edge recommended) and go to vial.rocks
- Connect the Keyboard: Click "Connect" in the pop-up menu.
- Edit Keymapping: Click the layer and the key you want to change in the top layout view. Then, select the new key or action (e.g., letter, number) from the bottom menu.
- Save Changes: Your changes are saved to the keyboard automatically and take effect instantly.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard Not Responding:
- Ensure batteries are installed correctly and not depleted.
- Re-plug the USB receiver into a different port and wait around 10 seconds.
- Move the keyboard closer to the receiver to avoid interference.

- Avoid placing the receiver near Wi-Fi routers or other 2.4GHz devices.
- Replace batteries if the signal weakens.
